1. Acceptance of terms

Welcome. By visiting itsmcompany.net or itsm360.net (together, "the websites"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If something here does not work for you, we ask that you do not use the websites. These terms apply to everyone who visits, including casual readers, prospects, customers, and partners.

2. Permitted use

The websites are here to help you learn about ITSM Company and our products. You are welcome to read about what we do, explore our resources, and share links to our public pages. For anything beyond personal, non-commercial use, please check with us first.

3. Things we ask you not to do

ITSM COMPANY, ITSM360, and GRC360 are registered trademarks of ITSM Company ApS. Please ask us before using any of our trademarks.

5. Product licensing

Use of our products, including ITSM360 and GRC360, is covered by a separate Customer Terms of Service agreement between ITSM Company ApS and the customer. These Terms of Use do not give you any rights to use, access, or distribute the ITSM360 or GRC360 software. If you would like to talk about a license, our sales team is happy to help at sales@itsmcompany.net.

6. Links to other websites

The websites sometimes link to sites that we do not own or run, such as Microsoft documentation, partner pages, or industry resources. We share those links because we think they are useful, but we are not responsible for what those sites do, how they handle your data, or what they publish. When you follow an external link, please review the other site's own terms and privacy policy.

7. Downloading files

We do our best to keep any files we make available for download safe and clean. Even so, we cannot guarantee that they are completely free of viruses or other harmful code, so we recommend running your own antivirus tools and backups as part of normal good practice. You stay responsible for the security of the systems where you save and run any downloads.

8. Disclaimers

We try to keep the information on the websites accurate and up to date, but we offer it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. That includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ITSM Company ApS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages that arise from your use of the websites. That includes any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the websites will not exceed one hundred euros (EUR 100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and defend ITSM Company ApS, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your use of the websites or from a breach of these Terms of Use.

11. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any dispute related to these terms will be brought before the competent court in Kgs. Lyngby, Denmark.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the "last updated" date at the top. If you keep using the websites after a change, that means you accept the new terms. It is a good idea to check this page now and then.

13. Severability

If a court finds any part of these Terms of Use to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed to the smallest extent needed, and the rest of the terms will stay in full force.
